Is This You?

The Formula was built for two kinds of bartenders: the one just starting out, and the one who's already in it but stuck.

Just Getting Started

You're ready to stop working other people's events

You're a skilled bartender, but you're still on someone else's payroll, someone else's schedule, someone else's business. You've thought about going out on your own. You just don't know where to start.

  • You don't have income that's actually yours.
  • You have no idea how to price a job, structure a menu or choose equipment.
  • You don't know how or where to find your first paying clients.
  • You want a real business, not another side gig that goes nowhere.
Already Running a Mobile Bar

You built it. Now you're stuck growing it.

You already have a mobile bar business. You're booking events. But you've hit a ceiling: it's just you, the margins are thin, and every week feels like starting over instead of scaling up.

  • Revenue has plateaued and you don't know how to break past it.
  • Your margins are getting eaten by rising costs and underpricing.
  • You're still doing everything yourself: sales, setup, bartending, cleanup.
  • You don't know how to hire, build a team, or step back and still make money.

What You'll Learn Inside The Formula

Not another bartending course. A business system, built from real events, real pricing and real numbers.

Mindset & Business Vision

Shift from bartender to founder. Get clarity on the business you're actually building before you spend a dollar.

Mobile Bar Foundations

Choose the right business model, equipment and menu structure without wasting money on the wrong setup.

Pricing & Profit Margins

Price with confidence, protect your margin against rising costs, and stop leaving money on the table.

Marketing & Client Acquisition

Position your offer, get found by the right clients, and close bookings consistently, not just when you get lucky.

Operations & Systems

Event checklists, logistics and execution systems that make every gig run smoothly, even when it's chaos backstage.

Team & Scaling

Learn when and how to hire, delegate the work only you're doing now, and grow revenue beyond your own two hands.

Your Mentor

Marcus Brito

Marcus Brito

Founder of Shake & Strain Bar. Marcus built his mobile bar business from the ground up on real world hospitality experience across Brazil and Australia. The same trial, error and systems he built the hard way are now handed directly to Formula students, so they don't have to learn it the slow, expensive way. He's now expanding operations internationally.

Enrollment For The Next Class Isn't Open Yet

The first class of The Mobile Bar Formula is closing its doors. The next intake will open soon, and spots will be limited. Join the waitlist now so you're not left refreshing your inbox hoping you didn't miss it.

No spam. Just one email when enrollment reopens.
